Take the Journey
“I am hopeful that leaders who are more aware of God’s lifetime of shaping activities will finish well and at a higher percentage than we now see. “ J. Robert Clinton
One evening a quarter and an annual day summit…
Leaders Summit is a annual commitment of a small group of men who are drawn into leadership. The road to leading is best described as messy. In this pursuit, clarity becomes a well sought after prize.
Together, we will walk through a singular overview of our entire life- cradle to the grave. This is about you and your struggle for obedience in your calling. There are no kumbaya group therapy moments. This invitation only journey is for serious leaders willing to make appropriate risks to see their influence felt. The reward will be to plant your feet firmly in reality so you can make effective decisions and adjustments as you emerge into new leadership.
Leaders ask a simple question of themselves, daily, hourly, sometimes even more. “What should I be doing in this moment?” When chaos ensues, leaders have been thinking about what they should be up to. Followers often ask leaders what they should be doing. Leaders ask themselves.
This journey is not only about setting new goals and dreaming big. It is about being empowered by the Holy Spirit and using your God given mind and spiritual gifts. This is built on the idea that you have already experienced a lifetime of shaping activities which God meant to prepare you for leading.
What is required? Focus and courage. This journey is not for the consumer. It is for those who have already demonstrated faithfulness, humility, and deep desire and are in a place in their relationship with Jesus where they desire to become major contributors in life.
